Payment
All amounts listed on the website are in Euro (€), inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery costs.

NS Filtration accepts online payments via Mastercard and Visa/Dankort And Paypal.

Payment for the order will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

NS Filtration uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, ensuring a completely secure connection.

Delivery
The delivery time for your order is typically 1-3 business days depending on the destination. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. For orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM,we aim to have the item will be shipped the same day.

In the event of an extended delivery time in special cases, we will notify you via email.

Returns
You are entitled to a 14-day full return policy on items purchased from our webshop.

The return period is calculated from the day you receive your order. Any return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the choice of carrier is at your own discretion.

Notice of withdrawal must be sent to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the time of the withdrawal, the order must be received by us no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal.

The notification must be sent via email to morten.strandby@nsfiltration.dk, clearly stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

NS Filtration reserves the right to assess the condition of the item. If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that upon cancellation, you may receive only a partial refund or none at all.

Warranty

In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a 2-year warranty applies to products. The warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship.

Notification of a claim must be made to NS Filtration within a reasonable time after receiving the item. One month is considered reasonable time unless otherwise agreed.

The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product.

NS Filtration covers the return shipping costs within reasonable limits. We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery (COD).

Privacy Policy
When you purchase an item and provide us with your information, we receive customer data. As data controllers, we process your personal data securely and confidentially. Your personal data will only be used and stored for the purposes for which they were collected.

We use third parties to process some of our information, including for our shipping management, which is not developed by NS Filtration. We have entered into data processing agreements with our partners to ensure they comply with applicable data protection regulations.

If you file a complaint and we are unable to resolve the issue together, you can use one of the following options to submit a complaint:
